We offer two types of services for landlords of residential & commercial property.

Property Letting

• Up to date market valuation.
• Extensive access to our data base of tenants.
• We handle all advertising including listing on daft.ie, myhome.ie, rent.ie, let.ie, and property.ie and a “To Let” board if appropriate.
• Viewings are carried out 6 days a week by senior agents to suit tenants.
• Vetting and back ground checks of tenants.
• We compile an up to date lease agreement which is signed on your behalf.
• We prepare the PRTB form for you to submit.
• Change over of utilities into new tenants name.
• The setting up of standing order into your account.
• A copy of all duplicate documents is sent out to you.

Full Property Management

This is where we look after every aspect of the property, from the day to day running to rent collection, and includes all of the points above and also the points listed below.

• We are the first point of contact for the tenant and we will be your representative.
• The carrying out of all repairs on the property with consent of the landlord.
• We have a dedicated team of trades people who will respond urgently.
• Rent collection and reviews.
• Key holders.
• We carry out four annual property inspections and report by mail to landlord.
• The registration of PRTB form.
• The tenant will have zero contact with the landlord.
• Keep landlord up to date on the ever changing legislation.
